During my first year in college, I struggled with so many different issues. I was not able to manage my time correctly to the point where I was dealing with so much stress and anxiety. My social and academic life was a complete mess and I found myself stuck in this hole without asking for help because I thought I was the only one going through all of that. I even found myself defeated thinking that I wasn’t capable to do things. I decided to ask for help so I reached out to Kristen and after that moment I can say that everything got better. Having someone focusing on my wellness, accommodating to my needs was absolutely awesome. Some days I needed to just talk about my week, other days I needed a game plan and a few times she just helped me make decisions that were stressing me out.
